Wellness Care Should Be Based on You—not a Trend

IV infusions and peptide programs receive considerable attention online, but popularity does not make a treatment appropriate for everyone. At ISWI, these options begin with a clinical conversation about your health history, goals, medications, allergies and potential risks.

We do not believe in choosing an infusion or peptide from an online menu without proper screening. Our medical team determines whether a particular service is reasonable and explains what it can—and cannot—be expected to do.

IV Wellness

IV wellness involves administering fluids and selected ingredients directly into the bloodstream under appropriate clinical supervision. The contents and purpose of an infusion should be clearly explained before treatment. IV wellness is not a substitute for emergency care, a balanced diet, adequate sleep, treatment of an underlying medical condition or routine preventive healthcare.

Why Someone May Request an IV Consultation

· Questions about hydration and wellness support.

· Interest in supporting a broader recovery or wellness plan.

· A desire for clinician-guided care rather than a retail “IV bar” experience.

· Questions about ingredients, risks, contraindications and realistic expectations.

Peptide Programs

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that perform many functions in the body. The word “peptide,” however, describes a broad category—not a single treatment. Peptide products can differ substantially in indication, evidence, regulatory status, sourcing, quality, risks and monitoring requirements.

ISWI does not recommend a peptide simply because it is discussed online or associated with a desired outcome. Any peptide program offered through the practice requires review and authorization by an appropriately licensed medical clinician. Availability may change based on legal, regulatory, sourcing and clinical considerations.

What Your Consultation May Include

· Review of your goals and the specific outcome you are hoping to address.

· Health history, medications, supplements, allergies and previous treatment experiences.

· Screening for contraindications, interactions and conditions requiring referral or additional evaluation.

· Discussion of the evidence, limitations, possible risks and alternatives.

· Laboratory testing or other evaluation when clinically appropriate.

· A treatment, monitoring and follow-up plan if the clinician determines that a service is appropriate.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach us at care@integratedSWI.com.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

Your goals matter, but the final recommendation depends on clinical screening and the appropriateness of the proposed ingredients. A requested infusion may not be recommended.

No cure or guaranteed outcome should be expected. Fatigue and other symptoms may require medical evaluation. IV wellness does not replace diagnosis or appropriate treatment.

Regulatory status varies by the specific peptide and intended use. Some products promoted online may not be FDA approved for a claimed purpose. The clinician should explain the status, evidence, risks and alternatives associated with any program offered.

ISWI does not promise these outcomes. Claims about peptides are often broader than the available evidence. Recommendations are individualized, and results cannot be guaranteed.

Possibly, but not automatically. Treatment depends on the service requested, your screening, clinical readiness, available records or testing and the clinician’s judgment.

Safety Matters

IV treatment involves needle placement and introduces substances directly into the bloodstream. Potential risks can include discomfort, bruising, infection, inflammation, fluid or electrolyte problems, allergic reactions and other complications. Peptide-related risks vary by the specific product and patient. Your clinician will discuss relevant considerations before treatment.

IMPORTANT Call 911 or seek emergency care   for chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, severe dehydration,   loss of consciousness, a serious allergic reaction or another medical   emergency. IV wellness is not emergency treatment.
